One kid decided to do something.
Joy Box Company was started by a kid who knows what it feels like to be different. Growing up with a disability, he saw how lonely it could get — and how much a small, unexpected act of kindness could change everything.
He wanted disabled kids to open their door and find a box full of surprise toys, a handwritten note, and the feeling that someone out there sees them and thinks they matter.
So he built it. By himself. From scratch.
"Every disabled kid deserves to feel surprised, seen, and loved. That's all this is."
Every box is packed by hand.
There's no warehouse. No factory. No robots. Every single Joy Box is packed by hand — toys picked one by one, a handwritten note written personally for the kid receiving it.
Local boxes get delivered by bike, for free. Boxes that ship anywhere go out fast. No giant corporation. Just one kid who cares.
Joy is not a luxury.
Disabled kids already deal with enough. Doctor appointments, therapy, people staring, feeling left out. A Joy Box doesn't fix any of that.
But it does one thing: it shows up at their door and says someone is thinking about you. That matters more than people realize.
That's the mission. That's all it's ever been.
